Epoxy Flooring in Del Mar, Ca

When the homeowner in Del Mar reached out to Haven Home Remodeling, the interior concrete flooring in their home was showing clear signs of age, wear, and staining. The surface felt dull, difficult to keep clean, and lacked the modern warmth and style they wanted for their living space. They were eager to upgrade to a sleek, durable epoxy finish that could withstand daily traffic while elevating the room's interior design, but they were naturally concerned about dust, strong chemical odors, and potential disruption inside their living areas.

Our team stepped in with a clean, low-odor installation process tailored specifically for indoor residential spaces. Led by craftsman Ethan Racz, we completed the full project in just three days. We started with precision diamond grinding equipped with heavy-duty dust containment, followed by filling all floor cracks to ensure a smooth, seamless base. We then applied a custom metallic blue epoxy system complete with decorative color flaking and a durable, easy-to-clean protective topcoat.

The resulting interior floor completely transformed the room into a vibrant, high-end living space. Homeowner Allendis Moreno was thrilled with both the stunning result and our crew's overall dedication, sharing: "The team was punctual, communicative, and always cleaned up after each day’s work. They worked within our budget and timeline, delivering a beautiful job. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding."
